May 5th - Fire Cooking Class - Modern Grilling
May 5th, 2024
11-2pm
The Corson Building
Georgetown, Seattle.
Fire cooking classes are back by popular demand! We are currently offering two options at the beautiful Corson Building and will plan to add more options this spring if the interest remains high.
The second class in our series is one in which we look at some of the popular dishes that chefs across the country are showcasing on their menus. This is whimsical, trendy and fun approach to something as primitive as fire cookery and prepared with a 2024 grill master in mind. The recipes might be new, but the techniques to achieve them are as old as time. Let our chefs show you how to be both hip and timeless. Join us for class and lunch!
