Lunch AND a class AND a new plant pot!

Join us for an epic day of creativity. Karra Wise is a potter, food stylist and creator of “In the Shed” events and makers markets. She is opening up her studio in the Mt. Baker neighborhood to teach a three-hour class as a great intro to pottery. Together we’ll each make a plant pot using the the coil and pinch technique and explore other objects and techniques as well.

There will be an hour break during class to enjoy a family style lunch cooked over fire and hosted in the outdoor covered studio space.

Menu:
Poached chicken and fall vegetable soup cooked over the fire with toasted spaetzle, dill and extra virgin olive oil.

Warm milk buns baked in a cast iron with chanterelle butter

Roasted carrots with slow roasted cherry tomatoes, whipped feta, smoked eggplant sauce, crushed seeds and spices

Green salad with shaved radish, charred onion and Dijon vinaigrette

Warm mint tea and chocolate chip cookies

As always, our tickets are non-refundable but transferable!
