Windward is collaborating on a new dinner series with Ecolibrium Farms in Woodinville. We plan to celebrate each season as it presents itself on the farm.

Spring is all about resurgence. Join us for a farm focused spring meal in a greenhouse with special wines curated by Ebb & Co.

Our Spring Menu:
Shaved beet fritters with beet tzatziki

Gem lettuce with grilled WA squid skewers, charred salsa verde, mint and fava beans
Lovage butter with sourdough and radishes
*
Charred snap peas with fennel, kohlrabi, pistachio gremolata and burrata.
Smoked potatoes with green beans, whole grain mustard and basil.
Grilled chicken with swiss chard, slow grilled spring onions, ramps, and buttermilk.

Lemon cake with strawberries and anise hyssop
