Windward is collaborating on a new dinner series with Ecolibrium Farms in Woodinville. We plan to celebrate each season as it presents itself on the farm.
Fall is all about deceleration. Join us for a farm focused fall meal in a greenhouse with warm fresh-pressed cider as well as aged and fermented cider.
Our Family-Style Menu
Welcome with warm cider, mozzarella and tapenade toasties, and prosciutto-wrapped apples
Braised lamb shoulder with fenugreek, tomato, and coconut
Potato mash and garlicky kale
Charred leeks with smokey pepper sauce, slivered almonds, and breadcrumbs
Warm hummus with grilled artichokes and green tomato chermoula and garlicky flatbread
Green salad with basil, shaved fennel, carrots, and celery in a gingery yogurt dressing
Apple galette with tahini sauce and cream
